The role

We generate leads for US home-service businesses like painters, fencing, decking and tree service companies. You'll run our outbound campaigns, talk to the homeowners who reply, and make sure every real lead reaches the right contractor fast. You'll work with homeowner data every day, so being organized matters as much as being good with people.

Day to day

What you'll do

  • Run outbound SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel on schedule
  • Reply to homeowners and qualify them against each client's rules
  • Send qualified leads to our clients as they come in, never batched
  • Upload, organize and track homeowner data in Google Sheets and GoHighLevel
  • Keep pipelines and tags clean so no lead slips through
  • Post a short report at the end of every shift

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Experience doing outbound to homeowners or property owners, by phone or SMS. Home service or real estate is ideal.
  • You're comfortable handling homeowner lists and lead data, and you keep them organized.
  • Clear written English. You'll be messaging US homeowners all day.
  • You can work full-time, Mon–Sat on US Eastern time (night shift in the Philippines), with no other job.
  • A laptop, stable internet and a backup connection.
  • GoHighLevel experience is a big plus.
